What is your processing time?
I currently package and ship in 2-4 business days for instock products. Please understand that this is a one-woman run shop, so there may be instances of longer processing times up to 2 weeks.
Do you offer combined orders?
Yes! This will generally NOT be done automatically, so please send me an email with your order numbers asap and I'll refund any excess fees.
Do you ship internationally?
I do! Shipping is $10.25 for Canada and $12.25-13 everywhere else.
If you don't see your country in the drop-down list, please email me or send a DM on Instagram.
How do you ship your packages?
I ship most orders via USPS Ground Advantage (formerly called First Class Package), which includes tracking. Cost is $4.25 for domestic orders.
Orders containing stickers only will be shipped via untracked, stamped letter to keep costs low for you. If you wish to upgrade to tracked shipping, please reach out to me!
I received the wrong item(s) / missing items. What should I do?

What is your policy on cancelations/returns?
If you need to correct or cancel your order after placing it, please contact me right away! Refunds will not be issued after an order has shipped.
Returns will only be accepted under limited circumstances.
PIN GRADING
My number one goal is for you to feel happy with your pins! I put a lot of time and energy into checking each one to provide the best quality possible. Please keep in mind that due to the nature of how pins are made (by hand and through various processes), no pin will be perfect. Also know that each design can have around 100 pins for me to check, so it's possible I could miss something. Please always feel comfortable messaging me about any concerns!
Grading is done batch-by-batch. Flaws in one batch may not appear in another and considerations for a standard pin may differ. My focus is on the front of the pin and the backs are graded loosely, excluding any major defects.
The following are general guidelines I go by:
Standard/A-Grade
These pins are the best of the batch. They will have little to no flaws. Any flaws will be minor, typically visible only under close inspection, such as small specs, scratches, scuffing, dents.
B-Grade
These pins may have slightly more noticeable flaws. Examples include slight under/overfill, multiple specs, cuts, slight discoloration, screen print errors, etc. These still look great and are perfect for wearing or attaching to your bag!
C-Grade
These pins may have multiple and/or more noticeable flaws of different kinds, such as those listed above. These are great for those who want to save a bit more and don't mind a pin with character. I generally still consider these good looking pins overall.
Any flaws that occur over a majority of the batch will be noted in the listing.
